It depends how busy they are. The staff is nice in the front, but sometimes the wait time is ridiculous. We have found some of the doctors to be better than others here.

Both of my lil ones are seen at Ann Road Animal Hospital. Today my visit was to bring in a little yorkie that I found hoping she was chipped. As it turned out she wasn't I honestly didn't know what to do. Miss Dee assisted me she was very compassionate as well as sympathetic to my concerns. Miss Dee is a pleasure to see each time I visit. There's a happy ending I found the post on Facebook for the missing Yorkie brought them to Ann Road where Miss Dee reunited the family. Thank you!

Ann road animal hospital is probably one of the best places I have taken my pets. The staff was caring and all of my animals seemed to be less afraid here than most places. They checked up on all 3 of my animals after seeing them to make sure they were doing good and they were affordable. I recommend them to everyone I know.

This place is amazing! It's clean and the staff is wonderful. I drive 10 miles plus to get my cat groomed here. Also went here for an emergency with my cat and they helped him like it was their own. I love this place and I won't go anywhere else!
