I already knew from Managing A Doggies Dream, that A Plus was the best, but after almost losing my precious little best friend Lila, my long hair Chihuahua...I had no doubt in my mind that this was the best veterinary facility I have ever experienced in my 46 years! Not only did they save her life after a serious dog attack, but every person I experienced had the best bedside manner, care and compassion! Even the kennel assistant hugged and consoled me and just made the experience so much easier to bare! I would not go anywhere else!

Our Doggies always love to come here....and we like the friendly and professional service. We have been using this establishment for all of our pet needs, and we are extremely pleased with the Vets and the staff.

The entire staff beginning with the girls manning the reception desk and the phones, to the technicians and the Doctors need to be recognized for their helpfulness, their genuine caring attitude, and their willingness to help not only our animals, but the humans who bring their friends to see the Doctor as well. I love my pets and I would never place them into a frightening or stressful situation unless I had total confidence in the facility and the individuals who will be providing the needed care. I will continue bringing my friends to A Plus Animal Hospital when they are due for routine care and when the situation requires more focused medical treatment.

I adopted a kitten in May of this year. Being newly retired and new to Reno, I had to find a vet for my new kitten and my other two cats. I was referred to A Plus by the Humane Society. They were less than 5 minutes from my home so I thought I would give them a try. I brought in my new kitten, Gracie for her exam, I was able to get an appointment right away, so that made me happy. The women at the front desk were extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with and they all just adored little Gracie, how could you not? Dr. Jensen was also very nice and took very good care of my little girl. Gracie of course was not thrilled, but I was very happy with the Dr., the front desk and the overall experience. The prices were very affordable and I would highly recommend A Plus to anyone looking for a vet in Reno.
