Sherry and her staff are the most wonderful, kind,and friendly, and did i mention knowledgeable groomers any where. They always take great care of my dog Adara and make her feel so loved and welcome and comfortable, she loves going there. 5 stars for Best Little Pet House you rock. Love, Cher

I have been a long time customer of Best Little Pet House. During the holidays they were full and we had to board at their new downtown facility. I was pleasantly surprised to see the continued awesome services as well as some familiar smiling faces of employees. Me and my dog, Rocco, recommend Best Little Pet House to anyone with dogs!

I have been going to this pet grooming shop since moving to Reno in 1997.......& they do more than groom...they provide holistic medical advice for all animals.....and they are very familiar with all breeds, since they have raised many of them...........Sherry & Christine take a personal interest in each and every animal....and those that go there...have become family...........I would highly recommend them............they even do things for free..........when necessary...........so please give them a try,.

The owner has been able to do consistently great clips on some challenging dogs. He`s always patient with the pet and professional with the owner!
