I have never been treated so well by everyone from the clerical staff to the doctor herself. Excellent, excellent people who will care for.your pets as if they are their own. We will never go anywhere else now. :)

This is by far the worst place I have ever been. They first used a rectal thermometer, which freaked both of our cats out. After that both our cats did not want to get their shots which they needed, which is understandable given the earlier rectal probing. The vet and the technician seemed to be unable to handle an agitated cat and managed to make the problem worse by chasing the cat around the room. The technician asked me if I wanted them to stay in the room or if I wanted to calm them down myself. This blows my mind since I don't work there and am not trained to restrain cats, which I assume that they both should be. Eventually they were able to cover my cat with a towel and give him the shot but it was one of the most traumatizing experiences they have ever had. They also didn't even look at the medical records I had faxed over from my previous vet 4 days before the appointment and had no idea what our cats had had done previously. We had to go through the medical records with them during the exam. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr.Davenport has been my Vet. for the past 10 years. During that time period I have watched his business grow and his staff expand, all the while never straying from Pinion's mission; that my pets come first. Compassionate, reasonable, clean! I feel Pinion Animal Hospital has that old fashioned charm that is so few and far betweeen. I would definately recommend to to my family and my friends !
