The time had come to put our beloved dog to rest. They were so compassionate and caring. Soon thereafter we received a beautiful card of condolence hand signed by all of the staff. They included a paw print of our pet. How thoughtful! We asked for the ashes after cremation and to our surprise they were delivered in a beautiful wooden box. Perfect for display. I cannot thank you enough for what you did for my family. May God bless you.

I brought in my kitten this week to Southwest to have his first visit and shots. Being a nervous Fur Mom, they made me feel right at home and I have to commend them for the EXCELLENT bedside manner,for all the helpful information and follow up call we received the next day. They truly do care and treat the animals in their care very well!

Too bad Dr. Gary was't a MD, he would be my Primary doctor! The best in town!!
