HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I've never met someone so rude. The lady at the front desk did not show an ounce of care for my pet and was extremely rude to me and rough with my dog. I felt completely uncomfortable being there and there was no way I could leave my dog with her. I left frustrated and sad for her. I'm sure they will continue to have an endless appt. list because they are cheap but I would not recommed them to anyone.

My first time at this place and my last. I will never come here ever again! The lady at the front desk is rude. I believe she's the only one working there. She booked my appointment, and at that time she was rude. I had a lot of questions concerning my dog after she had her teeth extracted and she wasn't very happy about answering them. Keep in mind this is something that should be gone over with every patient because they don't know what to expect. It's not like we're licensed. If I knew exactly what to expect or what to do I wouldn't have paid them to do it! When I picked up my dog she didn't give me any information about the antibiotics she was given. I had to learn from reading the label. She also didn't care too much about letting me know what kind of things I should be aware of. I could tell she hated her job. My dog was barking when I arrived because she knew I came to pick her up and as I was assuring my dog that I was here she rolled her eyes! If you love your animals and you want the best for them. I highly recommend you reconsider this place. My baby was treated with disrespect. If this wasn't something that had to be done immediately I would have found another vet. I called several of vets after wards and they were very nice and willing to help me make sure my dog was okay. They were more pleasant to be around.

ABC Animal Clinic is NOT friendly. They are very rude and I have to ask them multiple questions to get them to spit out information. They are not willing to help in anyway. I believe they are just after your wallet, although their prices are lower than most vet offices, I can see why. They need their prices to be low to get new patients in and override their attitudes. I would never reccommend anyone take their beloved pet to this vet office. I've never been given so many dirty looks before by somoene because I'm concerned for my babie's well being.

Great caring service... My sister and I have been taking our cats there for many years. At different appointment times, we always enjoy the extra time they take with answering our questions. Never have experienced any type of rough or ill handling. We always recommend this place!
