Pros The doctors are very friendly and you can tell they actually care about your animal's well being. Reception, support staff, and doctors are all on the same page and they run a very efficient practice. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for appointment to begin. Cons: They are a bit pricey but the service is fantastic. A lot of times they will suggest extremely expensive treatments that are not emergent (especially dental) which kind of make me feel like a bad owner because I could never afford it. Its not something I can dock them to 4 stars over but sometimes I walk out feeling like a bad owner even though I keep up on all the shots, annuals, heartworm, flea meds. I know as a small business they have bills to pay but I'm going to keep my assessment honest. Though there are pros and cons I still stick with 5 stars because the staff is so pleasant and efficient. Definitely the best vets I've ever encountered just a little pricey.
