lovely staff and service, they take the time to explain what's wrong, steps for treatment and make you feel at ease about the health of your pet
This is how a vet's office should be run. From the reminders to the use of email and text messaging to the solid experience that we've had with our little ones and the doctor, this is what I want out of my vet's office. It might be a bit pricier than some of the other vet hospitals out there in the hood, but, I feel comfortable with my pooches being here. Particularly as they get advanced in age!
worst fuckin place to go in the whole world i went there with my dog for a emergency and the didnt do anything just gave me the number to blue pearl what kind of vet is that
Brilliant! Plain and simply brilliant. Best care ever and totally reasonably priced. Only place I'd take my pets!
I have no ill will toward Dr. Seaman and his staff, but I will no longer use them for my animals. The reasons I will no longer bring my dog to the Greenpoint Veterinary Hospital are: 1. I took my dog there twice. First, for his annual exam, and second to examine a lump I found on his leg. Both times I had different vets and actually am yet to meet Dr. Seaman. Most professionals agree about the importance of having a relationship with your vet. I brought this concern up with one of his subs and she informed me that they needed to "keep the business end up." I found this a bit disturbing. 2. After charging us almost $300 dollars for a five minute visit and lab work to examine the lump I found on my dog, my family was promised a quick diagnosis and phone call (2 days max.) The office never called us and we had to walk in to see what was up. The office manager was not able to explain the diagnosis to us and mentioned that another vet that I had never heard of had taken a look at the results. I had to ask her for paper work for my records. I would expect that a vet would bring us into a room and discuss the results and answer follow up questions. This, unfortunately, was not the case. This office needs to take a look at how they are reconciling the "business end" of veterinary medicine with the very personal and emotional aspect. I am very disappointed.
