I found this vet overbearing and obnoxious. The vet got quite angry when I asked him to write me prescriptions and ended up charging me $113.00 for medications I could have bought for $43.00. The scale he weighs animals with was off, I think frequently, which means he calculates the medications wrong for the size dog, less than they should get, that he is selling to you, which might lead to prolonging the dog's illness. On a second visit which i assumed was a recheck (as it would have been from any other vet) my dog was hardly looked at and I was charged for a full visit. And, again the scale was not correct. I have trust issues with a vet that is definitely out to collect as much in fees as he can as opposed to caring for my pet.

Do not take your animal here!! I went in for a routine, annual visit and because my cat had lost weight (due to diet change suggested by THEM) they stated it was urgent he had extensive blood work done. He was taken to the back where for 30+ minutes they tried to draw blood. When he was returned, his entire neck was SHAVED and there were 2 injection sites in what (on a human) would be the jugular. The Dr. proceeded to tell me he could have everything from a brain tumor (where his eye would need to be removed) to liver disease. I was in shock and crying when they handed me a bill for $450!! I only went back to see the results of the blood work which stated he only had elevated thyroid levels--common in older cats. I AM LIVID and will never take him there again. He was never sick and showed NO signs of illness. He was more traumatized by the entire experience. I want them shut down!
