I recently moved to Canandaigua with two cats, one of which had kidney leukemia. The CVA was of the upmost informative, efficient, respectful and dignified veterinary hospitals that I have every had the pleasure of working with. I recently brought my dog here for the after hours emergency service when she had been vomiting all day. It was $90 for the emergency consult, which was fine. I was glad they were open to see her. She just had a upset stomach so he gave her a shot. But he continued to try and sell me on several things. Cleaned her ears with out asking (they were already cleaned) and then charged me $5 for it. Insisted she had an ear infection, though she had seen her reg. vet the previous week and checked out fine. But I payed for a $20 test to figure out she was indeed healthy (the tech let that slip). Then he acted rude when I told him I didn't want to drop 200 bucks on tummy ache.

We've been going to CVH for the past 3 years. They've treated our three cats and three dogs. More importantly, they've helped us through the illnesses and deaths of two of our dogs, and they were caring, kind, and considerate. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Casale and Dr. Randall are top notch doctors and very compassionate people.
