Best vet for cats hands down. Two places misdiagnosed my newly adopted cat with a shelter cough when it was actually a garlic clove sized pollup under his pallet which was causing him to cough, wheeze and stopping him short of "Meow" despite his efforts to communicate with me. The Doc removed the offending growth and I am happy to report Elvis has been fine ever since! I now have two adopted cats , both rescues and am secure knowing that the good doctor is in! Mary Cioffi
Our first visit today, 09.03.13. I could write a book about the caring and professional service we received from the first phone call to the visit and how we felt after walking out the door. Our little girl cat, Linda, was very sick. The office staff treated us like we were family, not a number or a stranger. They took the time to acknowledge Linda and her medical condition. Caring hands touched Linda and they touched our hearts. Linda didn't make it and she passed away with loving people around her. We were given all the time to be with Linda and say our good byes. Dr Pirotin, was amazing. Her caring hands and compassion toward Linda and her kindness to us, will always be remembered. I highly recommend Main Street Cat Hospital for your "fur-child". You can be assured of professional treatment, compassion, and walk away knowing that you have been given more than just a visit for your beloved cat. We are very grateful to each of you.
Dr. Pirotin and her staff are the most genuinely good hearted and kindest people. Extremely knowledgable, accommodating, and just a great place all around. HIGHLY recommend to anyone that loves their cats just as much as the staff will.
Dr. Pirotin took good care of our cat William. Not only did she prescribe temporary meds which helped but she helped us get to the root of the problem so that it has not come back to date. I like her best of all the vets I know in Westchester.
Dr. Pirotin is an excellent vet who cares about cats and cat owners. She takes the extra time to explain everything that is going on, in detail, and she is never rushed during apppointment time. I have 3 cats and I would not trust them to any vet other than Dr. Pirotin.
