Julie and Rachel are consummate professionals. I have a 3.5 lb chihuahua that requires a gentle touch, and they do a great job of making him look good. In fact, they're 2 of his favorite people and he loves to see them! I'd recommend their services to anybody.

We love Happy Dog Grooming because they take such personalized care for our dachshund, Jake. We tried other groomers and they could not take care of his nails (among other things) like Happy Dog Grooming can! They are super flexible and always work to accommodate us. We would recommend them to anyone!

I couldn't be any more happy that I decided to go to Happy Dog and have my little Buddy be cared for by Rachel and Julie. Buddy has only ever been to Happy Dog and I wouldn't have it any other way - Rachel is so sweet and gentle - Buddy LOVES going for his hair appointments and always leaves with a happy wagging tail, super soft coat, and beautifully manicured nails! I've never had any issues with getting an appointment when I've needed it. I so appreciate Happy Dog for the care they give to my pup and always recommend them to family/friends that are looking for an excellent groomer. :)

This was my dogs first experience at a groomer and I was thrilled with the service that I (and Mason) received. Mason is a large pitbull mix that is very hyper and not always easy to handle but, Happy Dog Grooming handled him with love and care. He came home with a big smile on his face. Rachel and Julie made sure to use shampoo that would work with his sensitive skin due to his environmental allergies. Now, that I have experienced Happy Dog Grooming, I don't trust my dog with any one else!

Must see dog groomers in Rochester!! As I consider Swiper (my little corgi) a member of the family, I am always a little worried about leaving him with groomers and the care that he will be given. Whenever I drop him off at Happy Dog Grooming I never worry about his care and I know he will be as spoiled there as he is with me. They do a beautiful job, he always looks like a professional show dog when they are finished and has a big smile on his face ... along with a fancy new bandana. :) Thanks Julie & Rachel!!
