I came to Village Animal Hospital twelve years ago, when our beloved solo practitioner veterinarian retired. I was skeptical at first, but it wasn't long before I realized that my pets would receive excellent care at Village. Over the years, I have watched this hospital grow and flourish under the spirited and thoughtful guidance of Medical Director Dr Loretta Gallo to become a four veterinarian practice. All the doctors that work at Village are highly skilled, dedicated professionals who care deeply about their furry patients and their families. Their patient-oriented ethic and commitment to excellence filter down to all the technicians and receptionists that work there as well, resulting in a warm, friendly environment and the best care possible for the animals. I have experienced everything from routine wellness care to serious, complicated illness, as well as the difficult, painful decision to euthanize a much loved pet. Through it all I have felt that the advice I was given, and the treatment my pets have received have been the best available. Worst veterinary services ever. Do not use this vet. They only care about ringing up huge bills. Animal welfare is secondary at best.
