She is a joke. She saw my dog for an annual physical. In looking at my dog's teeth, she looked at ONE tooth. Did not look at the whole mouth. I complained to the owner who then said he would take a look. He took a look and determined my dog had tartar and offfered to scrape some of it off. I said OK and he did so but kept putting the scaling instrument on the floor of the treatment room, not on a towel or anything sanitized and then would continue to put it back into my dog's mouth. When I confronted Tammy Hendrick about the quality of her physical she got angry and defensive. So did the owner of Liverpool Village Animal Hospital depite the fact that he found my dog's teeth needed work! I subseqently took her to another practice where they said my dog needed a complete cleaning. Don't be fooled by Liverpool Village Animal Hospital. The beautiful building and fake niceness there will eventually surface. They hire only new graduates from vet schools who don't know their nose from their ears. BEWARE OF LIVERPOOL VILLAGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL for the life and safety of your pet. This practice knowingly treated a cat for cancer when the veterinarian Nicole Jordan had never treated a cat for cancer nor had anyone in the practice. She decided the cat had cancer even though 2 pathologists couldn't make a decision. Jordan was incompetent from the get go. She put a cat on chemotherapy and said to come back in THREE MONTHS! She never gave the cat nausea medication. She did not properly monitor the cat. Nicole Jordan said she was getting her pointers on how to treat the cat from veterinarians on the internet. She showed now concern for the cat nor did the owner on the day the cat was brought in and euthanized. He was rude, inconsiderate and inappropriate. When the owner asked to see the cat the owner said "I already put her in a body bag, she is in the freezer". He also lied to the owner and said he would give the cat a relaxant first and then euthanize. He didn't do that. He promised the owner she could hold the cat to be euthanized. Instead he came into the treatment room alone with the cat and the owner had to help him restrain the cat for the euthanasia! He didn't bring in an assistant! He told the owner she could stay as long as she wanted with her cat to say goodbye yet he came in and hovered over her. He did absolutely nothing to save the cat's life. Instead he just said to euthanize right off the bat! DID NOTHING TO SAVE THE CAT'S LIFE. The owner insisted she get a full refund and in exchange signed a legal document saying she wouldn't complain to the veterinary board. This place is a dangerous facility. They kill animals that could otherwise be helped! The proof is in the treatment outcome,. not in the nice building or how they all walk around in white lab coats. Nicole Jordan put a cat on chemotherapy not even sure if the cat had cancer and told the owner she would have to find the chemotherapy herself as the practice didn't have any!!!!!!!!!!!! She told the owner to go to Walmart pharmacy and see if they could get it for her. This place is so unprofessional it defies human comprehension.
