Debbie's Doghouse has been our dog's "home away from home" for over 10 years. Debbie and Earl offer all levels of boarding and also do grooming. Our son's dog and my mother-in-law's dog have also stayed with them. Simply put Debbie and Earl understand dogs and cats and provide individual attention to each pet. They have made our dog feel so comfortable over the years that we never worry about her once we drop her off because we know she is with her "second family". Knowing them as we do I suspect any negative reviews online have been placed by competitors and not by actual clients.

OUTSTANDING FACILITY, GREAT & CARING PEOPLE - We were in the Niagara Falls area for a wedding and of course, we can't go anywhere without our spoiled Cocker Spaniel, Smokey Bear. We contacted this facility for Day Care of Smokey while we attended the wedding and they did an outstanding job of accomodating both us and Smokey during this visit/trip. If you are like us....and consider your pet to be A FAMILY MEMBER....then you should consider boarding here because they truly know how to care and pamper your "little guy". In fact, when we picked him up, he wanted to stay and investigate more of the facility!!

Let me start off by saying I really liked Debbies Doghouse until recently. My dog has stayed at their "hotel" and recently started going to grooming. When I went to pick up my dog the other day I was HORRIFIED to see his ear had been cut pretty bad by one of their employees trying to get a knot out. $432 later and three vet visits and he's doing better. When I questioned them they brushed things off and rushed me out of there. What I've found is that they are taking on TOO MANY dogs, and rushing and in-experienced people are doing the trimming rather than the experts that I pay for. Beware before using this place for ANY of its services!!!
