Nice friendly staff. We waited 45min after our scheduled appointment to finally see the Doctor, who worked really well with my dog and answered all my questions.

Im sorry to inform you, but ever since the passing of Dr John J Wright the owner founder of Phelps Veterinary clinic, the Phleps vet hospital has been a disaster. I have heard this from MANY people and have my own horror story as of late w my dog. They misdiagnosed my dog for 3 weeks and I ended up at Cornell University for emergency surgery, ALL because Phelps Vet did not take the correct procedures to take care of my dog. I am hearing all the time after my issues from many people they refuse to take there animals to Phelps Vet anymore!! Very sad!!!
