We had a terrible life-threatening episode with our dog. It turned out to be a mysterious illness with an ultimate diagnosis of a rare kind of cancer. He went from perfectly fine to completely deteriorating in just a few days. As you can imagine, this was a traumatic, scary, unexpected tragedy for our family. The staff at MVS was amazing. They helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. We had to leave our dog there for treatment and diagnosis, and we called several times and received many calls from the staff keeping us up-to-date on the progress. When it came time to deliver the sad news, it was clear that the vets were very sad. They are compassionate people, and we knew they felt our loss too. Dr. Dodge and Dr. Kurts (not sure I'm remembering that name right) were absolutely amazing. They made this horrible experience a little easier for us and for our dog. I definitely recommend this facility.
