My dogs go to Dr. Etzel and have been for years and we couldn't be happier with her and the staff at Floyd Harbor! They are all kind and compassionate and truly care about the animals. My husband and I strongly recommend Dr. Etzel 1,000%. Thank you to Dr. Etzel and the staff at Floyd Harbor for all they have done for our babies in the past and for all you do on a daily basis for all animals!

I have been going to Dr. Etzel for over ten years. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of the care and service I received there. She is a very qualified and compassionate doctor. You can tell as soon as se meets your pet that she truly cares about them. She also understands and has compassion for what you are going through with a sick child. Her office is spotless and fresh smelling. I have never met a more qualified and friendly staff anywhere. My own doctors office staff are not as nice as all the people who work for Dr. Etzel. I can't imagine what these people are trying to prove by bad mouthing a very professional and experienced Doctor. We all have lost a pet or as in my case many over the years. It hurts more than I can explain here. Blaming the Doctor is not the way to heal. She does all that is humanly possible to keep our kids healthy but, only God can perform miracles. When the time comes that I must be separated, I know the Doctor has exhausted all possible ways to keep us together and them comfortable. I know the whole office staff feels our pain and they try (and succeed) in making it as painless as possible. Please have no fear bringing you children to Dr. Etzel. She and her staff are far above what you would expect, I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone. Anyone who knows me knows I would not go there if I did not like how my kids were treated

We have been taking our animals to Floyd Harbor Animal Hospital to be treated by Dr. Etzel and her staff for YEARS. Two weeks ago our outdoor cat became very lethargic and dazed. We brought him to Dr. Etzel after 24 hours of seeing these symptoms. Unfortunately our cat was dying and suffering from a Liver Infection/Liver Failure and needed to stay at the hospital to be monitored. Dr. Etzel was very up front and honest with us and clearly communicated her concerns with us, she was not sure if our cat would make it through the night, however she was giving him fluids and antibiotics and monitoring him. Dr. Etzel PERSONALLY stayed until after midnight along with members of her staff to monitor our cat and other animals being held overnight. She called us every hour or so with updates and let us know when she was leaving the hospital and when she would be back the next morning. Our cat stayed for three nights, one day/night being EASTER. Dr. Etzel not only went into her office on a Sunday (when they are closed), but on EASTER Sunday to check up on our cat and give us updates on his health. Needless to say, Dr. Etzel and her staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND what is expected from any veterninarian. Our cat made a full recovery and went from being in a life threatening state to perfectly back to normal in a matter of days, she SAVED HIS LIFE!! She is undoubtely one of the best out there and we will never bring any of our animals to any one else! Our entire familiy (including 2 dogs and 2 cats) recommend Dr. Etzel and her wonderful, friendly, and accomodating staff to anyone who loves their pet like a family member as we do. There is NO ONE better than her!

Dr. Etzel is awesome and for the first time in ten years, my Pug doesn't mind going to the vet's office. Dr. Etzel always spends a few minutes greeting my dog to make him comfortable before she gets down to business. Linda is wonderful when she follows up and it's clear that she cares and isn't just making a "phone call". My Pug just had surgery, everything went smoothly and the pricing was definitely fair given the procedures performed.
