I've been taking my pets to Stack since 2004 and cannot say enough about the individual attention each one of my pets receives. Years ago, my dog was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease and determining the right amount of medication was tricky. Dr. Congel called me frequently (even when she was on vacation) to monitor the progress until we got it right. Most recently, Dr. Clark and staff provided a house call for my cat's yearly check up. My cat is extremely difficult while at the vet's office and this home visit was much, much less stressful for him, as well as for me. Whether it be for emergency situations or just picking up prescription food, every single person at Stack is friendly, helpful, attentive, and most importantly, truly cares about each of my pets.

My dog Lily had surgery today and EVERYONE in the office was great. This place runs like a surgery center. Lily's doing super I couldn't be happier. Thank-you so much she is like my child. Highly recommend them. 5 star

Stack Veterinary has been taking care of our pets for nearly 20 years. We can't imagine going to another vet. They provide the highest level of care, show great concern and interest in our animals, and offer multiple treatment paths. We always feel like we're part of the conversation. The staff is professional, courteous, and accommodating, and frequently goes out of their way to help. We never hesitate to recommend them to our friends who need the best pet care.

Extremely helpful. Took great care of each of my dogs. Dr. Congel is extremely patient with pets and owners alike. This can lead to backups, but I prefer to wait and get be treated like I'm the only one that matters, than be get rushed in and out.

Probably the worst vet clinic in the Syracuse area. Always understaffed and often Rude. Sarah and Merit are worse offenders but not limited to these staff members. They have little concern for their customers time. I highly recommend that you visit another vet in the area.
