I honestly don't know why people complain. The prices are lower then any other hospital I've been to. The wait time is normal in a hospital that accepts emergencies, and people without appointments. When does a person go to their regular clinic as a walk in and not wait a few hours?? It beats all prices. I rather spend 62$ on vaccines and an exam for my cat.... then 100$ for JUST an exam at Banfield. The prices are worth the wait.

This office is runned by animals.Today I saw a male employees beat up on a defenseless woman right outside the clinic and the sad part is that the employees lied to the police. This clinic is tiny and you have to wait outside in the cold/rain with your pet...I am so disgusted by this place and their unproffesional treatment towards human life

One thing I cannot stand is overcrowded reception areas with long waits. This is one of those places that if you schedule a 9am appointment, you are lucky to be seen before noon. Meanwhile your pet is subject to fleas and diseases carried by the other sickly pets in the waiting room.

The price for the service you get is great, but the waiting is ridiculous! They also have really good doctors, but I really don't understand why is it that if i book an appointment for 3pm why is it that i won't be seen until 6pm? I tried to make an appointment for 6pm but they said it was booked and that the latest they could give me was 3pm. That's crazy! I leave work early just to be here for this? They could also use a bigger space for there business.

Great service and prices are very reasonable. I definitely recommend this place.
