My wife and I have used Riverdale Veterinary Group since March 2000, first for a female mixed breed and since June 2013 for out Shiba Inu. Doctor Derek Fried has been the primary care provider, but at times we have also used other doctors on staff. Both the doctors and support staff have provided excellent care and have been patient and attentive with both our dogs and with my wife and I. And whenever we had a question about any aspect of a bill, the issue was always quickly and satisfactorily resolved. My wife and I most highly recommend Riverdale Veterinary Group PC for the excellent care and service treatment provided there.

In my time of need for my little cat Bella ,The Riverdale Veterinary Group not only helped nurse my cat Bella back to health but kept me from going crazy by answering all of my questions in person and like a nervous father by phone as well, as it took several weeks to get Bella back to her old self. They were knowledgeable, efficient and kind not only to Bella by to her nervous dad as well.I am glad they are there to help if and when I need them . Thank you Riverdale Veterinary Group!!!! I have had many gerbils through the years. Dr. Fried, Rivedale's "Dr. Doolittle" has been the veterinarian to all of them. He is fantastic! He is SO knowledgeable and gentle with my sweet animals. He is also SO kind and generous with his time to me, whenever I had/have questions... When a gerbil died (alas, gerbils have such short life spans, compared to dogs, cats, birds). he showed a caring and compassion for my sorrow, that, alas, most human doctors lack. I highly recommend Dr. Fried and the Riverdale Veterinary Group (the office and veterinary assistants are so caring, also. I am truly blessed to have him as my gerbils' veterinarian.

I absolutely loved my experience my male guinea was very sick and they were so caring and helpful the prices were reasonable and the doctor was more than willing to try the less expensive procedures first instead of just trying to get money out of us I would recommend anyone taking their animal there

I've used Riverdale Veterinary Group since we first got our Pembroke Welsh corgi puppy in May 2014. They have been not only professional and extremely meticulous in caring for our Freyja, they have made us feel like part of the family. From the follow-up calls after vaccinations to make sure she wasn't having a bad reaction to the humoring of anxious pet parents when Freyja was spayed, everyone on the staff has been amazing, kind, and caring.
