I have been going to this vet for about 6 years. I thought it was about time I posted my good review. I have realized recently that most people only leave reviews if they have experienced something negative with a service or thing. I think more people need to acknowledge the positive experiences. Anyway, I will talk about the wonderful experience that happened today when I called in to make my appointment for my dog. The lady that answered the phone was so courteous, helpful, understanding, and caring. I won't go into the specifics because even in the past, for whatever the reason, the people on the phone, in my experience, have always been great! And props to the vets! I have experienced visits with 3 different vets and each one of them were professional and knowledgeable.

Been taking all my animals to Glen for years. Nothing but great service. Dr. Peters even made a house call when one of my dogs was killed in a dogfight, took her body away and arranged for her cremation. Can't say enough good things about them.

I used to take my animals to this place. However since it is under new ownership, I have had nothing but horrible experiences. I have tried to get communication from a doctor on several occasions. Not once could I get a call back! The office staff is less then desirable with the professionalism. If you want to receive a courteous, clean, professional vet visit you should try Colonial Vets in Ithaca instead of W.G vet hospital!
