I took my 12 week old Shiba to this place for his shots and it was a great experience. The staff was nice and honest and the wait time wasn't bad at all. Appointments are confirmed and its super clean. I recommend it highly.

for the most part the staff there is very nice. theres one girl though, i don't know if she's new or what but she's rude. if she ever picks up the phone i hang up and call back later because shes not helpful, doesn't ever sound like she's having a good day and overall seems miserable. its cool though, my dog was sick and she didn't even seem to care. good thing she's not a veterinarian. just an assistant.

Horrible!!!! dr satterfeild is verys Horrible!!! . i will never take my pet there......... the nurses are Horrible.. its one boy that was very nice to me and my dog.. the woman in the front are ghetto!!! go somewhere that will do there job

So if you want to get a grade (F) service from a staff that is not qualified (no licenses techs and first year not experience doctors) and you don’t care about your pets health, then the wellness plain is for you.

Horrible!if you love your pet do not bring them to a department store for medical care. Ban field only hires new grad flunkies that do not know the difference between a cat or a dog!!! I have received better care for my car!! If you love your pet do not bring them here. Imagine picking up your dog after a 5 hour "exam" and you hear your dog crying, and there is no staff to help you for more than 20 minutes-I had to call from my cell phone to have them come out to the front desk!!! The staff was so unproffesional and useless they could not even tell me the findings of the appointment ! When I ask Dr Aguilar she explained they don't check the dogs belly on a physical exam, and she was out to lunch-but they checked and expressed my dogs anal glands! That they can charge for- what a gimmick this place is.
