Honestly it is a little pricey, HOWEVER they absolutly work with you! My Dog was very ill and I was there every week and the Dr. only charged me a small fee everytime I went. The staff is amazing! They know exactly who you are and show complete love to all the animals. Sad to hear about the complaints.

Attention all pet owners DO NOT go here. Yonkers County Vet is a complete rip off and they are in it just for the money, Dr. Young lacks the true skills and care, he charges a fortune. I went here on Christmas day and he charge over 500 and could not resolve anything, and tried to send me to a different vet. He then charged around 300 for an x-ray. Nothing he did could resolve the issue.DO your self a favor; take a trip into the city to humane society or ASPCA to get the finest affordable care, where it’s way worth it! Warm regards.

I have been taking my animals to this clinic for 5 years and have no complaints. I am very distressed to hear about the accidents with cat carriers, etc. There really is no excuse for that and that is why I am only giving 4 stars. But overall, I have really appreciated the vets at this clinic. They are compassionate, understanding, and I believe have the pets interests at heart. I have recommended this clinic to several friends who also have had positive experiences. Dr. P and Zeke... you are good guys.

I have never had a Vet experience like this. I came in for a rabies shot and I got home to find out they never gave the dog a rabies shot. I certainly got charged for several other things. They took my dog in another room to do the services which is just weird. The Dr did not understand me well. (I have zero accent) I told him I want Rabies shot and distemper. He was talking about other procedures but I never said Yes do them. I thought he was giving recommendations for blood work. Now that he took the dog in another room I had no chance to say no. I thought it was weird to go into another room to give shots. Turns out I'm going to petco this weekend now because The dog has blood-work done but still needs the shots that I asked for. This is the first VET experience I have ever disliked. I have had 10 different vets for 7 different dogs (yes I move a lot) I always thought all VETs were the same and all were really good. OOPS On a different note this Vet is also the most expensive I have been to. I had my dog spay for less than his office visit.
