Clean, friendly environment. Very obvious pets are loved at this establishment. Irwin Animal Hospital is a 5 star establishment. We traveled from Texas to visit family for the holidays and our dog became ill. After researching places on the website, we chose to go to Irwin Animal Hospital. It was the right choice and we realized it the moment we entered the waiting room. The receptionist was very friendly, and the vet assistant immediately came to talk with us about the details of our dog's illness. Within 10 minutes we were ushered into a room to visit with the doctor. To our surprise, the doctor was femaile. Dr. Megan was an answer to prayer. Her tender touch and soothing voice gave our dog the assurance that he would soon feel better. She examined him thoroughly and then sat down with us and explained what she would need to do in addition to her exam to properly diagnose the problem. Dr. Megan called us when she said she would call and explained the findings from the x-rays that were needed. She gave us several options and after deciding the best plan to help our dog get well, we picked him up and brought him back to our family's house. He was much better within the hour after we gave him the medicine presicribed. He gave us kisses thanking us for taking him to a good facility with friendly people. I will tell everyone I know before returning to Texas about Irwin Animal Hospital. It is a very clean, pet friendly environment.
