Dr. Reynolds was absolutely great! The receptionists on the other hand are incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Another woman, I believe a technician, stood in the door way as I said "Thank you so much have a great day" and she did nothing but stare at me. No smile no nothing just a stare. I went in again a few days later to pick up medication, same woman same stare. I would like to try and keep using them but if I keep feeling unwelcome I will have to take my 2 dogs and my horse's records elsewhere. I am new to the area and I explained that to them and I feel that anywhere else would have tried to help me out. The only thing nice the receptionist had to say to me was "That'll please $141 please" weird...money talks
