I was treated very compassionately and my bird was too...he was examined right in front of me and everything was explained in detail, both verbally and in writing. I feel like they are honest, caring, and very reasonably priced! This was my second visit and I will be back. My bird is not doing so well but I feel very confident that he is in good hands and that if he can be saved, they will be the ones to do it.

I was fortunate enough for having known Dr. Sternecker in Medina. That guy would heal my animal (lizard) and only charge eight dollars for it. Kind of a culture shock to go to Brunswick and get charged 45 and med costs for a visit, but Dr. Wilson really knows her stuff and it is much cheaper going here than other un-named NE Ohio exotic vets. So, I recommend these guys for exotics, no doubt.

I worked at this place, I know that all they care about is cleaning teeth and charging the crap out of people. They add on that hacked up building, and charge more money, they dont have the time of day to give to someone paying $35 just to sit on those fab wood benches, sitting with their "baby" waiting... I took my dog there a month ago 6-6-13 to be exact, they took his blood for hundreds of dollars, then sent me home, I got a call that his blood is great, that his teeth really needed help... ok... well after dose 4 he suffered the worst side affects and died in my arms on my husbands birthday 7-20-13. I paid all that money and got a sample of just enough METACAM to kill my dog. THIS IS THE SECOND DOG THAT DIED IN THEY'RE CARE. Im sure they care less, but ill never go there again. so sorry you guys didnt get that last 500 hundred to drill his tooth too, could've got ...more beers. have a great life. I know I do, with a honest heart.

I am taking all my African Grey parrots here and I love this place! Great vets and great stuff! They helped a lot and taught me a lot about right care and how to handle my babies.

I've used them for pet care, maintenance and even euthanasia when needed, and would recommend them as a local vet. My only complaint is they ask for a long lead time on filling prescriptions. I gave them more than two days, and still wound up standing around for 30 minutes for them to go in the back room and get the meds for my mother's dog. Seriously? When I call on a Monday, I expect to walk in on a Wednesday afternoon at 4pm and walk out in 2 minutes, max.
