We have been coming to Dr. Rogoff's office from the time our son's hampster was very ill. They took FurBall in immediately. Dr. Rogoff actually had a mini-oxygen mask for our little friend who was near the end. I was hooked from that moment. Even knowing she would not pull through, we were allowed a room for my children to be with the hamster until she passed away shortly after arriving. That was in the early '90s. We are still bringing our beloved pets to Dr. Rogoff and staff.

Very kind, caring, and professional. I called for an emergency visit for my cat and they booked me within an hour. They soothed my cat, doing his X-rays, showing me how to feed him medicine, and cleaning him off, and he made very little fuss! They were also very kind to me as well, taking the time to answer all my questions although I was a walk-in visit on Saturday. They even gave me a cell number so I could call if any emergencies arose over the rest of the weekend. The cost was also very reasonable, which I appreciated. I had taken my cat there before for well-visits and was happy with their skills, but it meant even more to me that they were so kind in this emergency situation. All in all, I am thrilled I found them, and my cat is better for it!

I have been taking my pets there since Dr Rogoff opened in 1988. I have always found him to be kind and caring. Anytime I have had a sick animal they got me in for an appointment quickly and took all the time necessary to deal with my pet's condition. He always has a great staff who truly seem to enjoy what the are doing. My kids love going there to see what new animals are on display in the waiting room. I would highly recommend Orange Village Animal Hospital to any pet lovers looking for great veterinary care.

We had a very tough time as our wonderful golden of 12 years suddenly deteriorated and then we lost her. Dr. Rogoff and his staff were so wonderful. They made us feel as if it were the very first time they had had to deal with a dying animal. We are bringing our new puppy home tonight and I have my appt with Orange next week. They are fabulous.
