I was kept waiting for 8 hours and bypassed by several other people who came in after me. My 10 week old puppy had an ear infection and could not sleep or eat for over 12 hours because of the pain. The doctor basically told me before he even examined my dog that my dog was fine and I think he profiled me as someone who didn't know a sick dog even though I worked with animals my whole life. The doctor said he was "too wiggly" to look in his ears so they never even did an exam. Never never never go there. They charged me a ridiculous amount of money and for a plastic collar I didn't even get and didn't need. They don't care about animals at all. I think they were "punishing" me by making me wait all day for their perceived view that my dog wasn't really sick. I would have left but I needed the antibiotics and it was on a Sunday. I will never go there ever again.
Our beagle Ralphie had been battling liver cancer for 17 months. When things took a turn for the worse, it was after regular vet hours, we knew Care Center was open 24 hours and we were able to keep our promise to not make him suffer one more minute than he had to. They made his final moments of life comfortable for him and as comfortable as they could for us. They treated the whole family with compassion and kindness. Bless you !
After a vet turned us away after promising to see us, sent us here. The Dr that took care of our 1 year old Aussiedoodle was very sweet, was open about our concerns, or questions, and made our baby feel better. The only thing negative I have to say is it is exactly like a human ER, very slow... So be prepared to wait.
This place has a nice staff that will make you wait long hours. I came in around 935pm and these people still have me waiting and it's going on 12:15am. I will not be returning to this care center ever again due to the LONG wait time and "we only have one doctor" saying. You guys should learn to have maybe another DOCTOR around. You guys really need better staffed doctors.
We called on our way there to let them know we were bringing in a dog with food bloat. Upon arrival they took our dog to the ICU immediately. The staff was friendly and professional. They worked with us to find the best balance between care for our dog and what we could afford.
