I have been going to the Galbraith location for two years and Dr. Ogburn is the primary vet for all of my animals (1 dog, 2 cats). She is absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, thorough in her explanations, and takes the time to answer all of my questions whether in-person or over the phone. I have experiences with the other veterinarians there and they have been great as well. I started going to Lewis Animal Hospital because their prices are the best around. It is nice to get high quality service without having to pay more money for it. They have worked with me to ensure that I am not paying for additional services that are unnecessary for my pets. I have only used them for regular veterinary services for my pets and also for boarding my dog. I typically receive prompt service with a minimal wait time. Once I had to wait 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, but I have experienced that at all vets. Additionally, they have squeezed me in on a full day when my dog needed to be seen immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are nice but they are slow and have a poor concept of time. I drop my dog off for grooming before 9 and i am told she will be ready by 1-2 I stop by at 2 and I am told will be 30 minutes more. I come back at 3:15 and still not ready. Come on people. Others have schedules and committments also

I have been taking my animals to Lewis Animal Hospital on Galbraith Road for 20+ years. They are helpful, kind, considerate, and compassionate human beings. I love Dr. Polasky and so do my pets (well, not the cat-she doesn't like anyone). They treated my previous dog throughout her entire 17 year life and now treat my 2 new friends. I recommend them to everyone who loves their pets.

I bring my cats to Lewis Animal Hospital in O'Bryanville. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean, and I trust them with my pets. There prices are competitive, especially for prescriptions. I have a cat with a neurological disorder who needs special care, and \he vets are very knowledgeable. I have recommended this office to a friend, and she has said that she prefers the service of the O'Bryanville location.
