I must say my experience with Noah's Ark was GREAT..I have know idea why this clinic has such low ratings. I understand the waiting may be long at times, however this is a walk in Clinic one should expect there could be a wait. I can't say enough about the staff, they were caring and thoughtful, they understood I was upset and worried about my dog. My dog had a life threatening condition that needed immediate attention. They saved her life so if I had received bad service which I did not, it wouldn't have mattered they saved her and at the end of the day that is all that I care about. During her stay after the surgery I called every hour on the hour to check her progress, and not one time did I get the feeling they were tired of hearing from me. They reassured me of her condition and answered all my questions. I felt they went above there job description to help us. My dog is alive because of there dedication I for one thank them for that. I will be going back if ever the need arises again. Lisa and Charles Russ

I warn everyone to NEVER take any of their pets to this "clinic" I borught my 4yr.old daschund/russel mix in who was very very sick and crying non-stop only to stand in line with her for 10min.then wait another hour before she was finally seen. The "DR" who saw her was beyond rude and very dismissive..he looked at his watch several times and after draining a bladder full of blood from my baby told me he would not be in tomorrow so bring her back in the morning for an ultra-sound!!! He said she had a bad bladder infection but would be fine with nothing until I brought her back...not even anything to help her pain. I ended up taking her to another vet Friday morning and when I got her there she started seizing because the infection caused her to go septic. Very sadly after the other vet trying so hard to save her my little fur baby passed away from kidney failure because her poor little body could not handle all of the toxins. So if you love your pets...stay away from Noahs Ark Animal Clinic!!

You need more receptionists to accommodate your large customer call and reception area, which would have saved me hours of time playing phone tag on my last visit. I like this animal clinic very much, but our boy had a seizure at 2am, and after being up with him all night and working a 12hr day, I just needed someone to call a pharmacy and exercise a little rational when assisting us. The doctors and assistants here are nice and informative, willing to go the extra step to alleviate our concerns.

If I could give a lower review than 1 star I would.. My daughter's 6 month old pet rabbit became sick. We called Weds afternoon and was told the specialist who treats rabbits would be there all day on Thursday. So we began doctoring the rabbit (baby food and pedialyte through eye droppers). Thursday morning we made the decision to make the 90 min drive. The rabbit is doing a lot better, but still not wanting to eat its normal food. We get there about 1030 and we are now being told that the vet won't be there until 5pm. sorry... I ask to see the supervisor, who goes back to talk to the vet on staff and he won't see the rabbit. Not his area, but we more than welcome to wait the 7 hrs for the other vet. We decide to drive back home. The rabbit passes on the way home from the extra stress on its system. IF we had known we had to wait to 5pm in the first place, we would have went to OSU vet hosp instead. But thanks to the mis-information, we lost a rabbit. I would NOT take any animal to this location.
