After recieving boosters at another clinic my cat was having bad allergic reactions panting( yes cats do pant like dogs I didnt believe it till I saw it) , bowels lost, burning temp not able to move, deep painful meows Called the clinic he got the shots at a few times and the women was actually getting annoyed with me for asking questions? When I asked should I bring him in they said its up to you and started telling me how much I would have to pay....( Hamilton avenue animal Hospital) The friendly and Kind vets and techs at Ridge saved my cats life I called the Ridge vets and asked the same thing they said yes bring him in he is having bad reactions to those shots and could die. Thank god I did he is one of the few cats that had a bad reaction to a booster. They gave him meds and keep him for observation for 1/2 an hour. He is now a happy and alive Kitty thanks Ridge Vets :)

Dr. Wood and his vet assistant are both excellent people to work with. As a first time dog owner, I've had a lot of questions and they are always willing to give advice and comfort when I call. Each time I've taken my dog there, they've been friendly, straightforward, and I can tell they are both animal lovers. Their prices are so reasonable and they don't try to "scare" you into doing unnecessary treatments for your pets. I won't take my little guy anywhere else and I highly recommend Dr. Wood.

Myself and almost everyone I know who has pets takes them to this clinic, I really can't say enough good things. Their prices are very reasonable, they are knowledgeable and just generally great people. I took me and my roommates cat up there for the first time 8-9 years ago, They were great with him. The second time I went was for my second cat 3 years later, I was so surprised that they remembered me right off the bat. The third time was at least 3 years after that when I was bringing in a cat I rescued, not only was I shocked when they peeked in the cage and said "this isn't the same cat!", but they also asked how my Dad was. I knew my Dad took his cats there, but we had never gone their together and I had no idea they even knew we were related. These people not only remember you, but they remember your pets and it is obvious that they care. My cats have always remained calm in their hands, I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone.
