I had a really bad experience here and would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get their pet spayed or neutered. The vet was not friendly to me or my little kitty. She shook the cage my kitty was in around like there was nothing in it and then as I was leaving with my kitty proceeded to yell at me because my cat was feisty. I will not ever go back there again.

I hate doing anything to my cat that doesn't seem natural. I had a lot of guilt before I took her to the vet, but I knew that it would keep her out of the nasty cycle of birthing. When I picked her up at 4 I took her to my office, a place she had never been before. She looked around the office for awhile, obviously not in pain & found a place to nap. She has been pretty active even when I forget her pain meds. I am glad that she seems okay after a major surgery like that. Cost me $75 with the extra $15 for a 3-day supply of pain med. Also, when my cat gets doped up, she gets really cute. hehe. The vets there, I'm sure spay and neuter all day long, so they've gotta be pros.

I had a dog spayed there this past Friday! I never met the Doctors the lady that took in the pets was rude and when I picked my dog up she was more worried about my debit card then giving me instructions on after care and pushed me out the door! She locked the door and never handed me my dogs pain medication or the antibiotic. I ended up having to pay extra to a weekend vet to see her so she could get her medication. I read posts that they have a saturday clinic not anymore so I am thinking these posts must be to another clinic because they are not clean there was only one lady there and she was not only mean to me but not friendly to the animals there. The prices are not much different then going to a vet who you can call if you had a question or something went wrong during the after care. I tried to call the number above to talk to someone and got no where.

10/14/2011 I HAD MY CAT LEON (LION) NEUTERED AT ST. MARTIN'S YESTERDAY. MARY ANN THE WOMAN WHO RUNS A TIGHT SHIP THERE IS A GRAND AND LOVING LADY. THE SERVICE I GOT FROM THE CLINIC WAS WONDERFUL AND LION IS DOING FINE. I WILL GO BACK, AND ST. MARTIN'S IS A CREDIT TO THE CITY. I LOVE THEM, GOD BLESS THEM. DEBORAH COMBS

We scheduled our 6 month old dog to be neutered. We were told in advance they would not take aggressive dogs. However, we were also told they had a muzzle, and this had been used by our vet without difficulty previously. By phone, it sounded like St Martin's could do this as well. On the morning of scheduled surgery, the woman handling our puppy said they could not use a muzzle, and could not receive our dog. We were disappointed to have wasted our time, gas, and effort.
