We had our cat of 17 years put to sleep. As horrible as that was when I looked at the bill later and they charged me an exam fee as well. Total was 150.00 Not that its about the money, but i was nickle and dimed. Because my cat has not been there for 3 years but has been several times before, they charged an exam fee. She was quickly looked over I would not call that an exam. I would have thought that was concern for my pet. All you had to do was look at her she was ready. That should have been a judgement call if she would have needed an exam because I did not schedule one. Shes 17 yrs old and sick. If thats how they will charge they need to make you aware of that prior. My opinion I know, just do not appreciate being taken advantage of in a horrible decision that had to be made. I will not be going back.
