I have boarded my dog here many times, occasionally at the last minute. He races out of the car when we get there and I couldn't be happier with how loved he is by Dawn and the rest of the staff. Over the Easter break, she hid eggs for the dogs in each of their runs and brought them treats and snacks. Once when TJ was boarding, there was a huge thunderstorm. Dawn played classical music for the dogs and went to each of their 'apartments' to make sure they were comfortable and not worried about the storm. It is that level of love and attention to each dog that is instantly apparent. And, its reasonable. TJ is a small dog and the cost is less than other facilities I've tried. I highly recommend Suburban.
