My fiance and I love Big Creek Pet Hospital. They offer a wonderful puppy package that literally pays for itself. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

Nick, by chance did the tech have black hair and wear glasses? I had an incident with the tech I described and my dog. I have a husky mix who was sick and required surgery. When this tech went to draw blood she missed his vein twice and on the third try he growled at her. I told her to get out and find someone who could do the job. She red tagged him. Meaning that he had to be muzzled for any service. The other techs and Dr. Fagan say it isn't needed and work with him and on him without the muzzle. On visits if that tech comes into the room I tell her to leave. I feel for you and your kitty.

I really love this place, after being very dissatisfied with giant animal clinics like Banfield I began taking my 3 cats to this clinic. The staff is always so friendly and they adore my cats and seem to love all animals. They talk to my cats and treat them as I would. I've mainly seen Dr. Souders and he is amazing with cats. The facility is spacious and always spotless, I love how my animals can actually stretch out in their clinic rooms - it's not so nerve-wracking on all of us. Their grooming is also a god send. I have a maincoon who's hair is so long and soft it mats up just by his own licking. This cat is so finicky and doesn't like being touched in certain places (he'll bite you if you touch his belly, etc) but their grooming woman (I can't remember her name) has this magical touch and she grooms him with no issue, he loves being groomed here. They are always so kind and helpful, if I call with an issue they have no problem talking with me about over the phone which is convenient. They're also very knowledgeable about things like grain free diets and seem passionate about pet education in general. The negative reviews must be one offs from people who get kicks out of posting nasty reviews, everyone is human.
