I cant say how I know, but after many years expereince at other GOOD animal hospitals, I can tell you this one is horrible. Not one person there (besides the doctors) is trained properly nor do they legally have the right to do the things they do to your animals (take blood, administor medicine etc), and truthfully half of the hospital is not sterile. Surgeries are done so fast because everyone is more interested in going home. They re-use things things that should be thrown into bio-hazzard bins! There are so many other great hospitals that do not cost that much more...please heed this advice, our little guys deserve much better than this.
