For about 17 years I have been bring my four cats to St Francis Animal Hospital. The office is very clean and never smelly. Easy to make an appointment and the staff is very friendly as are the doctors. Dr. Bloze has gone out of her way to help when my one cat was not doing well. Even the staff has gone beyond during visits and overnight stays. The doctors do try to make it easy for those difficult decisions and make you feel as if it is their pet they are treating, you do not feel like just another appointment.

I had my pet treated there and the staff was rude and seemed to be bothered when I called to make an appointment. I had to go to Strongsville Animal Hospital where they were super nice and very helpful to work around my schedule. They appreciate referrals and their prices were a lot CHEAPER.

The prices have practically doubled since we started going there, but so has everything else, so I don't blame them any, it's just inflation. Spacious clean waiting area, friendly staff, and I'm pleased with all 3 vets (Dr.s Kilbane, Bloze, or Jason). They can handle routine care, and do surgery. For more specialized surgery they may refer you to another practice, though.
