I took my two dogs and cat to this practice and we did not have a good experience. The individual doctor that we saw was personable and did a great job but the practice as a whole was subpar. I called ahead of time and specifically asked what the cost for an exam would be and was told since we were only getting vaccines and all three pets were being seen at once that I would only be charged for one exam visit. After we had seen the vet and had the services completed I was charged triple what I was told I would be charged. It wasn't the extra charge that upset me but the response that I received from the that was unwilling to work with me. Instead they blew it off as "we have a new receptionist who told you the wrong thing." I don't plan on ever going back because they could have easily turned this around with a different customer service approach and would have established a returned visitor. Double check with the doctor as well as the receptionist and get your quote in writing to prevent this. Update: Extremely difficult to get a hold of to confirm prescriptions when ordering online. The service I use has called twice and I've called once and yet no one has approved the prescription. I wouldn't use them but they did our exams in the past year so they are the ones I need to confirm. Also the response from the owner on here was completely different than the response I got in person, through email, and on the phone. The person who addressed the issue directly with me was very rude.

We were referred to this clinic after getting a positive parvo result at an emergency vet. They were very swift with getting her back for treatment and the cost is very reasonable. I didn't expect in a million years to have a quote like the one they gave for Parvovirus treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful and willing to answer our questions and guide us through this hard time. They didn't talk to me as if I was an invalid, everyone showed compassion for our sick little girl. I just met them today, so we still don't know if she's going to pull through, but they deserve a good review for the amazing way they put my family at ease this afternoon, even with such a horrible diagnosis. I will definitely be going back, and likely be switching to this clinic for all further vetting needs for my three dogs.

!!! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS VET AT ALL COST !!! My dog came up missing on July 4th weekend from our rural property in Southeastern Ohio, and showed up a week later at this vet clinic. When my wife arrived to pick up the dog, she was told there was a $650 vet bill do that had to be paid before they would release the dog. There was no visible injuries to the dog, but they claim to ran a bunch of tests and started her on heart worm treatments. We had no option but to pay the bill to get her back. I spoke with the owner "Dr. Scott Zielinski" about this bill, and about contacting who brought the dog in. He was totally rude, and all he would say is "services were rendered, and we will not refund you anything." Nor would he give me any info regarding who brought the dog to him. Far as I am concerned they are part of some scam operation and I have followed up with an attorney and meeting with local law enforcement tomorrow to get to the bottom of this issue.

My puppy was very sick and I had taken her to West Park Animal Hospital. Unfortunately, I was unable to go to my regular vet because my puppy was sick after hours. I received an antibiotic and one test was taken on my puppy. The bill was incredibly steep because it was "after hours." The problem got worse two days later and I called and spoke to the receptionist who said that she would have to call the vet first and call me back. I never received a call back. Obviously, this receptionist does not care about her job or else she would have called me back. I was able to get into my vet at the Tremont Animal Clinic and they were incredibly amazing in caring for my sick puppy. I really hope this does not happen to another person. I couldn't imagine if my puppy would have died because of the carelessness of this woman.

"Voted #1 emergency vet".....I'm glad they did for my dog what they did, since he was missed diagnosed somewhere else, however...the people that work there are so rude and don't seem to care much about the animals...considering when they called me the first thing out of their mouths were "we need $300 more or we are stopping treatment"... just seems a little rude. So, I had him transferred...and now westpark won't fax over his chart, so my primary vet has no idea what medications he was on. Hopefully if anyone else takes their pet there , they have a better experience
