I highly recommend Banfield, specifically Dr. Miller. She treated our dog and was wonderful with her. Sadly, through no fault of Dr. Miller, our dog was simply too ill and ended up passing away. Dr. Miller was wonderful and very compassionate, even calling the next morning to check on us. I will definitely go back to her with our other animals.

My dog had an ear infection and my vet was out of the medication at their office. My vet suggested that a ban field clinic would likely fill my Rx. I was rudely told no. I am sure the Banfield practice would have made some sort of a profit on selling me the medication. So instead I will use 1800petmeds and save myself the time and gas in the future

VERY happy with our puupy Gia's doctor (dr. rogers) and tech (aaron)! We are first time pet owners to a puppy. And with her only being 1.85lbs we were scared! But our tech Aaron stayed for an hour answering all our questions and helping us to understand what all she needed and some tips for her. Then when the dr. Roger came in she answered more questions for us. And gave us more tips. We got there at 1:45pm and didn't end up leaving until 4pm because they were willin to spend as much time with Gia to get her okay with them and what they were doing to her. Took their time. LOVE THIS VET! its not a scarey place since its in a store. So we can always buy her a gift for being good. I would recommend this vet to anyone who asked who Gia's vet is :-)

Dont have payment options. Make u buy "packages" which cost upto 40$ a month.. I always feel like they just want my money. Anytime i take my dog there for a checkup they always try to sell extra things. Like last Nov they thought they heard a heart murmer in my dog. I was worried so i payed out of pocked for EKG which came back perfectly fine. I feel like thet use scare tatics to get you to run tests on your animals that they dont need. check out other places before u go here and if they want to run testing get a second opinion before u pay the big bucks here.. I just dont trust that they make the right decision for me or my dog. Fyi if u cant sign up for the monthly package but ur dog is sick they will print off a pricing list and ask which test you want them to do which u can afford. Hi i didnt go to vet school but shouldnt their first priority be helping the animal.. Not letting you decide what you can afford. Total crap.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!! We took our dog to the vet because he was "scooting" and needed to have his glands checked. Immediately, the vet and vet tech said they would check the issue but started selling the pet wellness program. They ended up giving him 7 vaccinations for unrelated items, and cleaning his teeth. During the teeth clean, he had a reaction to the anesthesia and needed to have more medication to make sure he was OK. By the time the medication wore off the next evening, he had more problems. He was irritated and itching at the vaccination sites , and eyes were now draining. In addition to this, the scooting was worse. After returning, Banfield realized that they had not properly treated the gland problem. A sore under his tail was completely missed (it should have been identified and cleaned). Now, I needed to pay for another visit medication to fix the scooting, and medication for eye/skin irritation. Lastly, as mentioned in a previous review, Banfield didn't even check the vaccination records from our old vet. They gave 2 vaccinations that weren't even necessary (had already been completed). An additional rabies vaccination was given. Banfield corporate has been only moderately helpful to this point. I will never go or recommend this vet. If you want your animal to be safe, stay away from Banfield.
