Dr. Kooner is wonderful! He is so compassionate with the animals and you can tell that he truly cares about his work! He also seems to be very experienced and is reasonably priced unlike some vets in the area.
Dr. Kooner seems like an earnest and incredibly intelligent man.The prices are very good and he always goes into detail when explaining any medicine or procedures he is going to perform. From the several interactions I've had with him, Dr. Kooner struck me as a compassionate man who loves his work.
