Always friendly and helpful.

Haven't had any problems at all. Our first experience was a sad one, as a beloved cat was dying, but since then, they've taken great care of our cats. It's always easy to schedule a time to get in, the staff are friendly, and Dr. Reidelbach has been great. They helped us to take a poor barn kitten we adopted whose eyes were so infected that they were almost completely stuck shut to a happy, healthy, playful little addition.

Staff is very nice and obviously caring but I did not appreciate the new vet (Dr. Reidelbach) trying to sell us the extremely low-quality dog food they sell there. Especially since I explained to him that I didn't agree with feeding dogs wheat or corn since they are carnivores, and he said "oh, well wheat and corn are fine for them unless they're allergic".
