Very well run operation. They are great! everyone is friendly and on the ball. We brought in 23 cats thanks to a gal we know who is in the rescue biz(we love her) and she sent us here to have them all fixed and the staff was wonderful. Handled all of them beautifully. I would refer this place to anyone.
I took my dog here to get spayed and I feel that they do a wonderful job. The operation went smoothly. It was low cost. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
We had found a very friendly stray cat and upon contacting SOS talked to a very unhelpful and unfriendly individual who gave us false information and advised us to go to somewhere by the name of "columbus dogs..."
I brought my dog here for a neuter back in May. Everything went well and i had a positive experience! I dropped him off in the morning and picked him up after work. I picked up the paperwork the day before, so i had it completed when i dropped him off so i saved some time there. I called a few hours later to see how everything was going, and they gave me a update. Pick up and drop off is pretty hectic in there since everyone is arriving at the same time. But no complications really. As an visitor, i would say the facility is a little skeptical, with dogs constantly barking, but they do a good job! My dog was also crypt-orchid, which is a more complicated surgery than a regular neuter. They did a wonderful job and my dog was back to normal the next day. The stitching was nicely done, and you can't even see where the incisions were anymore. Everything healed up wonderfully without any complications or inflammation. I would recommend purchasing the $5 pain meds for your pet, as pain management is key for any surgery. You want to manage the pain before it actually arises! If i would have gone to my regular vet, this surgery would have been over $500 dollars for the surgery alone. Here, I paid about $130 including the surgery, pain meds, e-collar, rabies vaccine, and distemper/parvo vaccine. I would come here again for my other pets in the future. Thanks!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff treated my cat, and myself. They did a wonderful job on her surgery, and when she got a respiratory problem they treated her, gave her the meds she needed and reassured me. Again can't say enough.
