I have had several cats spayed/neutered at this clinic. I have never had a problem and the staff was always friendly. The prices are very affordable. I would rate this clinic "Excellent" if it was not so hard to reach them to make an appointment.

I took my dog in to get neutered and waited longer than expected but didn't really mind because the prices were worth it. Finally after we were called back the vet was looking my dog over and talking to me like I was an idiot. Shortly after the vet was trying to sell me all these different things when all I had came in for was to get my dog neutered. Not to mention the vet barely made eye contact with me and was quite rude. The worst part was when I came to pick him up and the waiting room was completely empty. I figured I would sit and wait... and wait I did. I was sitting alone for 30 minutes while I could hear my dog CRYING in the next room. While my dog is crying I could hear the employee's gossiping about someone's marriage and ignoring my dog. I coughed, moved around loudly, dropped my keys, anything to get someone to hear me. Finally another girl walked in and we just decided to knock on the door. Once somebody came out they told me how great and "quiet" my dog was being. What a lie! She also talked to me like I was an idiot... which was a recurring theme here. Right before I left she told me I was scheduled to come back Feb. 11 for booster shots. This irritated me because nobody had checked with me to see if this date would work out or not. I work and am a full time student. Chances are I will be busy that day. Either way it doesn't matter because I definitely will not be going back there. I would have rather paid a little more somewhere else that would treat me like the responsible dog owner that I am.

I took in my 6 month old kitten. I was nervous because their prices are so cheap, but I couldn't afford anywhere else. As soon as I walked in I felt better. The place was clean, it didn't have any kind of urine smell. I filled out my paper work and the place filled up quickly, we were soon out of chairs. Many repeat customers were there, the staff knew many animals by name. When I went in the back they asked me questions about my kitty, weighed her and checked her teeth. Then they put her in a very big cage and let me know I could come get her around noon-2pm. When I picked her up they gave me instructions, were very kind to me and my kitty couldn't be happier. She's laying next to me purring as I write this. I will be bringing her brothers back when I get the money up. (It's very cheap, so should be soon!) (This is my husband's account. I am Rebecca.)

Added extra fees that were not listed on the website and let my cat sit in her own pee all day. Plus, since she had surgery, I couldn't wash her when I got her home. I pray it does not become infected.

Not in a great area.... But the staff is very nice and prices are wonderful. Every apt is before the sun comes up so if you are not a morning person that is a real drag. They show your pet love and feel like you are leaving them in good hands.
