I love this vet. They take such great care of my cats and dog. They always explain exactly what is going on. The cost is minimal, I'm always pleasantly surprised.

I've been here on 2 occasions with my dog, and was not really impressed with the service of the vets. The reception staff are very friendly and I've never waited long for my dog to be seen, but don't feel that much thought is given during the visit. During the first visit, which was free from an online coupon, they diagnosed my dog with a heart murmur, which I'd never heard before. By the second visit, it was gone.? Secondly, I mentioned that my dog itched a lot during both visits, and neither vet ever looked into it more. My dog ate grass and threw up, so I brought her in. Being this is my first dog, I was not aware that this was common, and that maybe she ate treated grass. They gave her a shot AND sent her home with pills to keep her from throwing up. I feel that this was UN-necessary, especially to do both, and a way to pocket more money. She only threw up after eating it, so they could have just said don't let her eat more. I don't want my dog afraid of the vet because she got an unneeded shot, just so they could charge me extra for it. She vomited once that day. I am switching to Beechwold as I hear they are great with bulldogs. My dog clearly has allergies, and I am upset that they were never tested either time I mentioned it.

We've been taking Storm here and we're going to continue taking her here! This vet provides excellent care at very reasonable pricing! I am a very picky person when it comes to service, and so far I have no complaints!
