I would not use this facility again. I do not find them cat friendly. They will always sell you a product that you do not need for the pet which I believe they may get a % of the money. I find this clinic 50% more expensive without the expertise I would expect. I have brought at least 3 cats there and bought hundreds of dollars worth of product with no help for the cat. I now found a new vet that cures the conditions that Keystone could not. I got 2 cats micro chipped at another vet for 30 dollars. The SAME chip Keystone wanted 150 dollars for. Outrageous,

I have always received stellar customer service and quality care from all of the veterinarians and staff. I recently had to face the most difficult decision involving euthanizing a beloved pet. The staff was understanding and allowed me time to say good bye and offered comfort and support with the decision. I also had my feline declined and once again received outstanding care. I have moved to Canton but will continue seeking pet care at Keystone due to the quality of care that they deliver.

I searched for a close vet near KSU and I found Keystone. When I first called to get a price for my kitten to get spayed and de-clawed they were so kind! I took my precious little kitty there and they treated her like the little princes she is. They called me right after the surgery to let me know how she was doing and they even kept her an extra night just to make sure she was okay after the surgery. On the bill they say tender love and care...FREE and that is so true! You can definitely tell that they teat your pet like they are your children, they even call and say is this "pet's name" Mommy(or daddy)? I would most defiantly recommend Keystone to anyone! :)

I have nothing but positive experiences with Keystone. I usually see Dr. Mary (LOVE her!) but everyone there is so helpful and kind. Over the years, Dr. Mary has helped us welcome new puppies and ease beloved friends to rest. I always feel that my dog is the most important dog they ever see. How wonderful to have a place where I can be absolutely confident that my dogs will receive loving, competent care!
