I had, for many years, taken all of my pets here. It was brand new and Dr. Gibson and Sarah were terrific. Then we moved to Dayton and asked for a recommendation. They quickly said, "in Dayton that would be Dr. Apt", sadly he passed away and Dr. Bahns took the practice over. It was wonderful. Then she moved the practice next to S.I.C.S.A. and things began to go downhill. For a time she was a great Vet..... Then something must have happened in Dr. Bahns personal life because the focus became "just the money", little cooperation, and at the end you barely saw her. Simple requests became mountains to climb. And the prices began to soar. What cost us more than $400.00 twice a year for our cat, was $272.00 at Northgate. To understand the pre-surgery checklist you have to have attended some Veterinary classes, it's that complicated. When I asked for a copy they had no idea what I was talking about. Common sense told us to change, and although Northgate is always very busy, Animal M.D. never is. That should have told me something. We are happier and so are all of our pets. It was a change for the better.

I have been taking my pets here for a long time. Not only are they always very helpful, but the doctors and staff are extremely nice and clearly very knowledgeable. If you don't take your pets here, you are wrong.

Dr. Kremer was so wonderful and this office was very caring and did everything possible. They did 100 times more than expected and we are thankful! Will always recommend and will continue to go to in the future
