They are very helpful and understanding. The staff truly cares about the animals they take care of, and they listen to your concerns and always answer all of your questions. My dog recently was having a very bad reaction to ringworm. I took him to a Banfield because it was closer, and after $200.00 and 2 weeks my dog was still sick. I took him back to Castleton (as this was his original Vet when I moved to OH), and my dog is doing great now for way less than what Banfield was charging. The Vet has great bedside manners, and I will continue to drive 35 minutes to take my dog there.

I love them! They treat my dog like she's at home. She's very comfy.around them. The vets are very smart too.
