I have been so impressed with the care both my dog and I receive at Creature Comforts. My dog was carefully examined and the veterinarian asked for input from me and she addressed my concerns. She took time to answer my questions and to explain his diagnosis and the treatment he needed. The staff was professional, friendly and responsive. The veterinarian was knowledgeable about my dog, the breed, and the conditions he was demonstrating. I would highly recommend Creature Comforts Clinic. You will not be disappointed!

We have been seeing Dr. Burke and Dr. Bater at CC since 2009. The doctors and staff always exceed our expectations. At every visit, they take the time to explain their treatment recommendations and answer our questions thoughtfully. They genuinely care about each of their patients. Both doctors and staff are also very helpful and responsive over the phone and via email. We really appreciate all that they do for our two cats Miles and Leela.

I adopted my first dog in February and looked around for a good veterinary clinic to take care of my new girl. I got some very favorable recommendations from friends and decided to give Creature Comforts a try. I was blown away by the service! They are very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to get to know me and my dog. What impresses me most is how interested they are in figuring out how best to take care of my dog and how excited they get when my dog's health improves (I've had to take my dog in a couple times for digestive issues). And I can't say enough about Sara at the front desk. She has always been very patient with me as I asked question after question as a new dog owner. They are very eager to help in any way they can. I highly recommend them!!

Well, previously I gave all 5 stars cause they helped my hound with his kidney infection. However, we recently adopted a friend's dog and are moving out of state in about two weeks. Our newest dog was running low on heartworm meds and so we had his original vet call Creature Comforts and ask them to fill. Creature Comforts would not honor the request and that made me a little mad. It's not like it was some super specific medication, it was generic heartguard that EVERY single DOG NEEDS. AND another vet called it in. It wasn't like we were trying to be sneaky about it, or it was something specialized meds. After all the money and business and referrals we sent their way, I would have thought a simple prescription fill would be no problem. They offered to fill it, if we paid the Drs fee of ~$45 in addition to the meds. We didnt see a need to do this, as we'll be going to the vet when we get to our new place. Anyway, just keep this in mind. Decent service, however, little things like this really bothered me.

We had an accident and needed to take our Goldendoodle, Ellie, to the vet immediately. Dr. Bater and her staff fit us in immediately and spent the rest of the day working on Ellie. They were friendly, honest, professional and did really good work. I would recommend anyone looking for "the best of the best" to try Creature Comforts.
