We are proud new owners of a french bulldog puppy, and wouldn't trust him with anybody other than the staff at Noah's Ark. We first took our dog to another nearby vet, and didn't feel comfortable with the visit. We're so thankful that we found Noah's Ark as a replacement. Dr. Lovasz took care of our little pup for all of his immunizations and vaccinations. Dr. Couling performed his neutering. The vet techs and front office staff are always so kind and helpful. The office is immaculate in cleanliness, yet warm and comforting. We'll continue to take this pet and any future pets here.
My daughterI took her 7 month old miniature dachshund to Noah's Ark for a routine spay procedure. The incision was done poorly resulting in an infection to her puppy. My wife took her to a follow-up visit and the vet prescribed expensive medications to combat the infection. After the puppy did not get better in the expected time, we took her to another vet for a second opinion. He said it it was one of the worse, amatuerish incisions he had ever seen. We again took the puppy back to Noah's Ark. The attending and supervising vet said the the infection was caused by a rare circumstance in which the puppy damaged the incision somehow. After an unusually long period of time, my puppy recovered, albeit with an abnormal scar for this procedure. Despite my request, Noah's Ark refused to refund any of the nearly $500 they charged for substandard work.
There are no words to explain just how thrilled we are with Noah's Ark Veterinary Hospital! The veterinarians and staff make appointments feel more like you're visiting friends and family rather than taking your pet to see the vet! Caring for your pet really is a team effort there! It's such a heart warming thing to know that there's this wonderful, warm, compassionate place that I can take my furry-family members, and they will receive the absolute best care, both medically and emotionally!!! My Boxer LOVES going to the vet now!!! Duke says THANK YOU to everyone at Noah's Ark for all the pets, and for all the treats!!!
I have experience with many vet facilities in the area, because I frequently foster dogs and cats. I am using Noah's Ark exclusively now, because it has the best facility, with state of the art equipment and exam rooms designed with the comfort of your pet in mind. The support staff, technicians and veterinarians work very well as a team. They always greet us with professional enthusiasm and we know we are in the hands of a well qualified group. Noah's Ark is a great alternative to other 24 hour emergency centers in the area that are costly with facilities that may be inconveniently located. All of this, plus prices are reasonable and extremely competitive.
I can be a very difficult veterinary customer! My wife and I have spent years in the human healthcare field and we know just enough to be dangerous. We ended up taking our three "fur children" to Noah's Ark after firing two other vets in five years. One---and we loved the vet---just could not seem to ever be any less than 45 minutes late. And, their front desk was rude and incompetent. The second was all in it for the money, always wanting to add things to the bill---and constantly making mistakes! Noah's Ark is in a rich area but these folks "are not in it for the money". They care...they care a great deal. The vets are very young but exceptionally dedicated and extremely competent. I cannot imagine what we would do if we had to find another vet. No one is perfect and any medical practice can be hectic---particularly one who deals with a lot of emergencies---but it just doesn't get much better than Noah's Ark. There are literally dozens of vets to chose from in the Columbus area. Give these folks a chance. For the record, they support shelters and rescues with significant discounts and provide substantial discounts for first responders and current or former military. We have three big dogs ranging in size from 62 pound, (12 yo Chinook), 120 pounds (8 yo Weimaraner) and 142 pounds (almost 5 yo Dane).
